Glee Club
Remedy a hangover with Birmingham’s best form of medicine, The Glee Club. With two rooms, the large theatrical Main Room boasts seats, tables and a bar. And its little sister, The Studio, is a more intimate setting also with that all important bar.
It’s here that the text generation LOL and LMAO while the more mature audience members giggle and guffaw. Performing jesters include JoJo Smith, Junior Simpson and Dave Johns (ed note: you’ll meet a lot of Daves in Brum!).
As well as comedy this popular venue plays host to new music too with past artists including The Coral, Cibelle, Baby Dee, Lykke Li and Duffy. It’s Hock and roll babes so wave your arms in the air, drink yourself into a stupor and feel free to let lose and make a rock royal boob of yourself.
